Southern Grove & Tradition Development
Over several years, Sunline Civil has completed or is actively working on 15 projects throughout Southern Grove, Legacy Park at Tradition and the Village Parkway/Discovery Way corridor, providing infrastructure for commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality, medical and transportation development.
Sunline's work throughout the area has supported projects associated with major companies and developers including Tesla, Lowe's, ALDI, OCULUS Surgical, WoodSpring Suites, Sansone Group, PEBB Enterprises, Banyan Development and The NRP Group.
Scope across the corridor has included:
- Storm drainage
- Sanitary sewer
- Potable water
- Fire main
- Large-diameter pump stations
- Roadway infrastructure
- Off-site drainage improvements
- Major water transmission infrastructure
- Directional boring beneath I-95
